The final $1K tournament of the week took place on Wednesday as the CEREUS Network (Absolute Poker + UB) held the $150K Guarantee. 200 hungry poker players hit the felt making the prize pool an even $200,000. The player who walked away with title and the top prize of $52,000 goes by the name of Felipe ‘IMPROVED’ Montenegro. Felipe defeated ‘LETSGOOAKLAND’, who apparently is an Oakland fan, in heads up play as LETSGOOAKLAND cashed in second place for $31,000. As always the $150K Guarantee on CEREUS wraps up the $1K week, but check back with us again on Monday for the results of Full Tilt’s $1K Monday. |

By now I’m sure we are all well aware of Rush Poker which is being brought to us by Full Tilt Poker. ‘The World’s Fastest Poker Game’ allows players to fold their hands and they will instantly be moved to another table where another hand will be waiting. Now Full Tilt is allowing Rush Poker to be a part of their ‘Happy Hour’. Players will now be able to rack up more points than ever. They will be able to play a ridiculous amount of hands by collecting double or even triple the amount of points during Happy Hour. |
