By winning the World Series of Poker main event, you are automatically seen as the new face of the poker world. Whether you like it or not, that's just how it is. Since Cada has won the World Series he has become that new face. Cada traveled to Washington D.C. in his efforts to help out the Poker Players Alliance. Cada met with 10 lawmakers on Capitol Hill to let his voice be heard on the legalization of online poker. The Poker Player Alliance wants to have Cada as their face of poker when they travel to D.C. in the upcoming months. We all know every poker player in the United States is behind Cada and the PPA. |

Oh how high stake cash games have changed since the unknown Swede, Isildur1, came on to the scene. Isildur1 has become a household poker name in very short time. This time Isildur1 battled one on one against Brian Hastings, in his usual $500/$1,000 pot limit Omaha. It was worst beating since Isildur1 showed up at the poker table. Brian Hastings reportedly won over $3.2 million in the 5 hour session the two played. Are you serious, Clark? Hastings delivered Isildur1 a major loss which was worse than any other player Isildur1 faced. I can't even win a race in a $24+2 tournament. Anyone else think Cedar Point's next roller coaster should be called Isildur1? |
