The World Series of Poker main event champion has been crowned as Joe Cada walks away with the bracelet and $8.5 meeeeeeelon (million for the meeeeeeelon impaired). Cada becomes the youngest main event champion ever at the age of 21 defeating last year’s champion Peter Eastgate. Cada went through a field of over 6,500 competitors and then proceeded to knock off Darvin Moon in heads up play to claim the title. Cada defeated Moon when his pocket nines held up against Moon’s QJ suited. A big congratulation goes to Mr. Joe Cada as he just accomplished every poker players dream, winning the WSOP Main Event.
