For all of us U.S. players that would like to see online poker become legalized within the states, we may have to wait longer than expected. The Poker Players Alliance (fellow U.S. players, please join in on the fight) is trying to make the push for poker to be legalized but the U.S. government obviously has the final say and will ultimately decide the time period for this to happen. It’s not just for poker but for any type of political action to take place it generally takes more than a year or two for us to see any type of results. So if you are looking for immediate results this won’t be the case for online poker in the United States. If you haven’t already join in on the fight by registering with the Poker Player Alliance and make your voice be heard!
