The 2009 World Poker Tour: Poker Finals is down to the final table but there won’t be a 3 month break for this event. Former World Poker Tour champion, Cornel Cimpan, will enter the final table with the chip lead as he looks for his 2nd career WPT title. The other remaining players chasing Cornel at the final table consist of Lee Markholt (former WPT champion), Curt Kohlberg, Eric Froehlich, Soheil Shamseddin, and Matt Stout. The tournament which is being played at the Foxwoods Hotel & Casino in New England will resume play Tuesday at 4 P.M. EST.
