The legendary Doyle F. Brunson is a well known professional poker player from America.

He has been playing professionally for well over fifty years and has recently been awarded as the most influential poker player in the world, a member of the Poker Hall of Fame.

Doyle was the first person to earn $1 million in poker tournaments and to win two consecutive WSOP tournaments. In addition to this, he was the first to win both the WSOP Main Event and a World Poker Tour title. There are only five more poker players in the world to achieve this.

Brunson still plays in the biggest poker games and tournaments in the world. In 2008 his total live tournament winnings were well over $5,000,000.

Doyle F. Brunson wrote one of the most influential poker strategy books entitled Super/System, considered to be the most authoritative works on poker. Published over 30 years ago, it still contains relevant strategies and statistics.
